The Alt/ Underground 1980s & 90s just called me from a phone booth in the Mojave Desert, and they informed me to profusely thank these adventurous musicians for keeping it all alive & vital. It's very rare to hear music that invokes deep nostalgia upon the very first listen, but here it is. It's uncanny just how good Actors is at emulating that Post-Punk synth sound from my younger days. Each listen just gets better and better. I feel slightly ashamed for not having heard this album until a few short days ago.
